SHOW INFORMATION:
The Country Classic
July 8th - 12th 2009

TO OUR LOYAL EXHIBITORS, SPONSORS, VENDORS, SPECTATORS & FRIENDS

With 2009 bringing uncertain economic times, HAP shows is choosing to take a hiatus this year from the traditional Country Classic Horse Show and Wine Festival. The expense of producing the show on both sides of Wilsonville road, with the all weather footing arenas, maintenance of the grass arena for the Grand Prix and main jumper ring, becomes too much for us financially without our major sponsors. As you must be aware, those sponsors will be very hard to find this year and itís certainly not limited to the horse show industry.

We are basically taking this year off from having the Country Classic as you have known it in the past. The Country Classic dates will remain but the show will be held on the north side only and will be more of a horsemanís horse show. As always, we will continue to work hard to put on the highest quality ìAAî horse show sanctioned by the United States Equestrian Federation and it will be filled with all of the important and special classes for the exhibitors including being a World Champion Hunter Rider Event. In years past everyone from our exhibitors, owners, trainers, sponsors, vendors and spectators have been big contributors to the success of this horse show and we canít thank you enough for your past and continued support.

This year Horses and People LLC has teamed up with Triple Rise Horse Show Management, Inc. to become TEAM NW HORSE SHOWS LLC. We endeavor to produce the best shows possible on the west coast.

We wish you all the best for 2009 and look forward to showing with you this summer.

Sincerely,

Sallie Cutler
